Factory Acceptance Standards (Hard Technical Indicators)
  1. Appearance Requirements: No air holes, sand holes, cracks, inclusions and deformation; defective welding repairs shall comply with specifications with smooth surface.
  1. Heat Treatment: Integral annealing/quenching & tempering treatment to completely eliminate casting internal stress and avoid later cracking and deformation.
  1. Flaw Detection Standard: Ultrasonic testing (UT) ≥ Grade II; magnetic particle testing (MT) shows no surface cracks; 100% flaw detection for trunnion parts.
  1. Material Reports: Complete spectral test report, mechanical property report, heat treatment record and flaw detection report shall be provided for full traceability.

Our trunnions undergo 500mm deep ultrasonic testing to ensure zero internal defects. The trunnion meets JB/T5000.14-1998 Level 1 standards, while the pot body maintains Level 3 for maximum operational safety.
