Appearance Requirements: No air holes, sand holes, cracks, inclusions and deformation; defective welding repairs shall comply with specifications with smooth surface.
Heat Treatment: Integral annealing/quenching & tempering treatment to completely eliminate casting internal stress and avoid later cracking and deformation.
Flaw Detection Standard: Ultrasonic testing (UT) ≥ Grade II; magnetic particle testing (MT) shows no surface cracks; 100% flaw detection for trunnion parts.
Material Reports: Complete spectral test report, mechanical property report, heat treatment record and flaw detection report shall be provided for full traceability.
